The recipe is super easy and can be served with a minimum preparation and cooking time. Perfect for a warm summer evening supper. Garnish with lemon twists and parsley before serving.

2 pounds fresh grouper fillets
2 tablespoons lemon juice
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 dash hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Place the grouper fillets on a greased baking tray. Brush them with lemon juice. In a small bowl, stir together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.

¼ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
⅛ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
2 pounds grouper fillets
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
⅛ teaspoon paprika

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Combine melted butter and lemon juice in a small bowl. Brush 2 tablespoons of this mixture on a piece of foil placed on the broiler pan.

3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
3/4 teaspoon onion powder
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon white pepper (I don't use)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon crushed basil leaves
1/2 teaspoon crushed oregano leaves

1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
