1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 potato

Steps:

  • Cut peeled potato into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Dust in flour, cayenne, garlic powder and salt mixture.
  • Refrigerate 1/2 hour.
