CARAMEL APPLE PIE MARTINI

Caramel Apple Pie Martini image

I came up with this when I was in the mood for an apple pie martini, but I was out of vanilla vodka. These don't taste as boozy as they are, so they are kind of dangerous! This makes two large drinks or three if your glasses are small.

CARAMEL CHEESECAKE MARTINI RECIPE - (4.3/5)

Caramel Cheesecake Martini Recipe - (4.3/5) image

Provided by rrxing

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 ounce vanilla vodka (I used Smirnoff)
1 ounce kissed caramel vodka (Smirnoff)
Fat Free Half & Half
1/2 graham cracker, smashed into crumbs
caramel sauce (with the ice cream toppings)
approx 1 teaspoon honey
caramel candies for garnish, optional

Steps:

  • Rub honey on the edge of a martini glass. Roll in graham cracker crumbs until coated well. Honey is the best way to get the graham crackers to stick and stay where you put them. If you're not too picky about it, just use water. In a shaker, combine both vodkas, about 3/4 cup half & half, and a handful of ice. Shake until mixed well. Using a spoon, drizzle caramel sauce on the inside of your martini glass. Immediately pour beverage into the martini glass. Add a skewer of two caramel candies for garnish if desired.

Tips:

  • Choose high-quality ingredients: Use real cream, good quality vodka, and fresh vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • Don't over-shake the martini: Shaking the martini too much will dilute it and make it watery. Shake it just until the ingredients are combined and chilled.
  • Garnish with a caramel drizzle: A drizzle of caramel sauce on top of the martini adds a touch of sweetness and elegance.
  • Serve immediately: Caramel martinis are best enjoyed fresh. Don't let them sit for too long, or the ice will melt and dilute the drink.

Conclusion:

The caramel martini is a delicious and easy-to-make cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. With its smooth, creamy texture and rich caramel flavor, it's sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a special drink to enjoy, give the caramel martini a try. You won't be disappointed!
