¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon dried tarragon
1 ¼ cups chicken broth, divided
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
¼ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon ground white pepper
3 cups cooked jasmine rice
1 ½ cups chopped baby broccoli
1 cup coarsely chopped roasted cashews

Steps:

3 cups cooked rice
1 lb broccoli, cooked and drained
6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 cups chopped onions
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups milk
4 cups cubed harrington ham
8 ounces vermont cheddar cheese, sliced

Steps:

  • Spoon cooked rice into greased 3-quart casserole. Layer broccoli over rice. Melt butter in saucepan. Remove 2 T. butter and sprinkle over bread crumbs in a bowl. Set aside.
