CHEESY TATER TOT BREAKFAST BAKE
My family loves this recipe. I got this off the internet some time ago, and have been experimenting with it ever sense. The possibilities are only limited by your imagination--change up the bacon flavor, the type of sausage (chorizos), type of cheese (Pepper Jack), add different peppers (jalapenos), garlic, onions, etc. This is a great recipe when you have house guests--it can be made the night before and baked up hot and hearty the next morning.
