4 slices bacon
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) container refrigerated pizza crust
1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning, divided
⅓ cup ranch dressing
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup cubed, cooked chicken
⅛ cup sliced red onion
1 small tomato, sliced
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
1/2 cup very hot water
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 cup chopped or cubed rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup chopped, seeded plum (Roma) tomato
1/3 cup real bacon bits (from 3-oz) package
4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Steps:

  • Heat gas or charcoal grill for indirect cooking and medium heat. Generously spray 18x18-inch piece of heavy duty foil with cooking spray.*
  • To measure Bisquick mix, lightly spoon into measuring cup; level off. In medium bowl, stir together, Bisquick mix, garlic powder and cheese. 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 c warm water
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt

2 1/2 to 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
TOPPINGS:
sweet baby rays honey barbecue sauce
1 c left over roasted chicken, shredded
1/2 c onion, sliced
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 c monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c mozzerella cheese, shredded
1/4 c gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
2 slices cooked bacon, diced
fresh cilantro leaves - optional

  • 1. Stir sugar in warm water. Add yeast. In a separate bowl combine 2 1/2 cups flour, salt, garlic powder dry oregano. I use a kitchen aid mixer and the dough hook add olive oil.   • 2. While dough is rising I prepare my toppings. Cook onion with 1 teaspoon olive oil in a medium skillet on medium high until done. Shred cheeses.
