CHICKEN ASPARAGUS HOLLANDAISE LASAGNA
This lasagna is outrageously delicious! If you prefer more sauce, use 3 packages of Knorr's hollandaise sauce mix. The basil and oregano may be adjusted to suit taste. This lasagna will really fill a 13x9 baking dish very high. I have even used canned sliced mushrooms (about 3-4 cans, very well drained), but I have to say that the fresh is much better. You will really love this dish!

Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all of your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
- Use fresh asparagus: Fresh asparagus is essential for this recipe. If you can't find fresh asparagus, you can use frozen asparagus, but be sure to thaw it completely before using.
- Cook the asparagus properly: Asparagus should be cooked until it is tender-crisp. If you overcook it, it will become mushy.
- Make sure the hollandaise sauce is thick enough: The hollandaise sauce should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. If it is too thin, it will not hold up well in the lasagna.
- Don't overcook the lasagna: Lasagna should be cooked until it is heated through, but not overcooked. If you overcook it, the noodles will become mushy.
Conclusion:
Chicken asparagus hollandaise lasagna is a delicious and elegant dish that is perfect for a special occasion. It is made with fresh asparagus, tender chicken, creamy hollandaise sauce, and al dente lasagna noodles. This lasagna is sure to impress your guests and leave them wanting more.
