1 1/2 cups sour cream (from 16-oz container)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Gold Medalâ„¢ all-purpose flour
2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles (about 3 oz)
1 cup frozen sweet peas (from 1-lb bag), thawed
2 tablespoon chopped fresh chives, if desired

Steps:

1 (12 ounce) carton small curd cottage cheese
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
3/4 cup chopped green onion
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 garlic clove, crushed
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 ounces sliced monterey jack cheese, 3 slices, halved
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup fine dry breadcrumb
1/3 cup butter
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained

Steps:
