Tips:

- To ensure the best flavor, use high-quality, free-range chicken. Organic, pasture-raised chicken is ideal. - For optimal texture, poach or boil the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Avoid overcooking, as this will result in dry, tough chicken. - When selecting celery, look for stalks that are crisp and have a bright green color. Avoid wilted or discolored celery. - When choosing grapes, opt for firm, plump grapes with no signs of bruising or decay. Red or green grapes can be used. - For a creamy, tangy dressing, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Low-fat or nonfat yogurt will result in a thinner, less flavorful dressing. - Lemon is a key ingredient in this recipe, providing a bright, citrusy flavor. Use freshly squeezed lemon juice for the best results. - To add a touch of sweetness and crunch, consider adding diced apple or chopped walnuts to the salad. - For a visually appealing presentation, arrange the chicken salad on a bed of fresh greens, such as mixed lettuce or arugula. - Serve the chicken salad immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

This chicken salad with lemon yogurt dressing is a healthy, flavorful, and versatile dish that can be enjoyed as a main course, a side salad, or a sandwich filling. With its combination of tender chicken, crisp vegetables, and creamy dressing, this salad is sure to be a hit at any gathering.
