BEAN AND TURKEY CHILI
Rich and fruity ancho chile powder and bright jalapeno peppers add tons of flavor to this far-from-ordinary recipe. In place of the standard ground beef, ground turkey (or chicken) is called here, so it's great for those looking to avoid red meat or cut calories. And because this recipe comes together in under-an-hour and feeds seven, it's the perfect weeknight family dinner. Despite the leaner ground beef, it's protein packed and sure to satisfy even the heartiest of eaters.

GROUND TURKEY CHILI
A healthier alternative to regular chili. This chili is economical and freezes well. I threw it together with things I already had in my kitchen after ground turkey went on sale at the store.

CHILI WITH BEANS AND GROUND TURKEY
Similar to "Mom's Chili-Crockpot Version" this chili replaces ground beef with ground turkey, tomato paste with diced tomatoes, and is a lower fat alternative. Great with grated low fat cheese and fat free sour cream on top. Also, hot chili sauce to taste can be stirred into the crockpot to make this recipe hotter.

TRADITIONAL CHILI WITH GROUND TURKEY
A traditional style chili that can be made with ground turkey or ground beef. I have made this recipe with ground beef and ground turkey, and they both have a similar flavor. Delicious with sweet corn bread and shredded Cheddar cheese. After the initial cooking on the stove, you can easily transfer this to a slow cooker.
