1 teaspoon ground coriander
¾ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
1 ¼ pounds ground turkey

Tips:

  • Choose the right ground turkey: Opt for ground turkey that is at least 93% lean for a healthier burger.
  • Season the turkey well: Don't be afraid to add plenty of flavor to the turkey. A good combination of herbs and spices includes chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Mix in some moisture: To keep the burgers juicy, add some moisture to the turkey mixture. This could be in the form of eggs, breadcrumbs, or grated vegetables.
  • Form the burgers gently: Don't overwork the turkey mixture, as this will make the burgers tough. Gently form the mixture into patties, and be careful not to pack them too tightly.
  • Cook the burgers over medium heat: This will help to prevent the burgers from drying out. Cook the burgers for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through.
  • Top the burgers with your favorite toppings: Once the burgers are cooked, you can top them with your favorite toppings. Some popular options include cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

Conclusion:

Chutney turkey burgers are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional beef burgers. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give chutney turkey burgers a try!
