1 tbsp Torani Vanilla Syrup
2 cups pineapple (chopped)
¼ cup coconut water
2.5 oz white rum
½ cup ice
Optional: toasted coconut and pineapple wedges for garnish

Steps:

  • Except for the rum, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add rum to blender and blend.
  • Take a pineapple wedge and swirl around the rim of the glasses. Dip the rim of each glass in the toasted coconut.

600ml pineapple juice (not from concentrate)
150ml gin
6 small chunks watermelon
12 coriander sprigs
6 x 324ml screw-top jam jars with lids
ice bucket filled with ice

Steps:

  • Put 50ml coconut rum, 100ml pineapple juice, 25ml gin and 50ml cold water into each jam jar.
