1 can (14 ounces) whole-berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard

  • Preheat oven to 325°. Line a roasting pan with foil. Place ham on a rack in prepared pan. Bake, covered, 1 hour., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, whisk remaining ingredients until blended. 1 Cook's® Bone-in Spiral Sliced Half Ham (about 9 pounds)
1/2 cup honey (cranberry honey preferred, if available)
1-1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, finely chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)
1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
1 package (6 ounces) sweetened dried cranberries (about 1-1/3 cups)
2 tablespoons Orange Marmalade
1/4 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • 1. Remove and discard glaze packet from ham or reserve for another use. Begin by preparing ham according to package directions.
  • 2. Make Honey Glaze: While baking, mix honey, mustard and lemon juice in small bowl until blended. Set aside until the last 30 minutes of baking time.
  • 3. Make Cranberry Relish: Combine apples and juice in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 1 cup orange juice
1/3 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 fully cooked bone-in ham (7 to 9 pounds)

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, orange juice, steak sauce, oil, mustard and brown sugar. 1 can(s) crushed pineapple
1 can(s) whole cranberries
3 Tbsp hellman's dijon-mayonnaise
1/4 c brown sugar

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place ham in a roasting pan. Heat rest of ingredients and bring to a boil and then simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • 2. Make criss-cross slits in ham with a knife. Pour half the glaze over top. Place in oven and bake 30 minutes and then reapply glaze on ham. Cook for another 30 minutes repeat step. Remove ham and place foil over it. Return to a 250F oven for 35 minutes.
