Tips:

  • Choose a good cut of pork loin. Look for a loin that is at least 1 1/2 inches thick and has a good amount of marbling. This will help ensure that the pork loin is juicy and flavorful.
  • Prepare the pork loin properly. Trim any excess fat from the pork loin and score the top of the loin with a sharp knife. This will help the marinade penetrate the meat and cook evenly.
  • Use a flavorful marinade. The marinade for this recipe is made with cranberry juice, mustard, brown sugar, and spices. This combination of flavors will give the pork loin a delicious sweet and tangy flavor.
  • Cook the pork loin to the proper internal temperature. The internal temperature of the pork loin should reach 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 150 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, or 160 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • Let the pork loin rest before carving. Once the pork loin is cooked, let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, making it more tender and flavorful.
