OLD BAY® SHRIMP AND PASTA ALFREDO
This recipe came from my Italian family. It is not only delicious but so quick and easy. Measurements really aren't necessary--make it your own. You can't go wrong with too much seasoning or too little. Go easy on the lemon is my only recommendation. Unless you love lemon! Adding Parmesan cheese is really delish and the Alfredo sauce gives it a nice hot and creamy texture.

SHRIMP AND TORTELLINI
This is a very simple shrimp and pasta dish that I love. I recommend using fresh basil because the flavor is better.

SPINACH TORTELLINI
I got this recipe out of a magazine at my mother in laws house. I tried it and it is very tasty and easy. My kids even eat it so it is a good way to get them to eat spinach. You can even buy the spinach tortellini instead of the cheese if you want. Hope you enjoy!

Steps:
- In a saucepan, over medium heat, melt the butter. When the butter is melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 90 seconds until the flour taste has cooked out. Then, add in the half and half and stir well to combine. It's a good idea to make sure the heat is on high at this point and as soon as it starts to thicken, lower the heat back to medium. Add in all of the other ingredients except the tortellini and stir occasionally to combine well and to prevent from sticking. Once the sauce is thick, toss in the pasta and serve. Toss the shrimp together with the olive oil, salt, and Old Bay. Get a skillet hot and then sauté the shrimp on both sides until they're cooked through. Serve immediately.
Tips:
- For a richer flavor, use heavy cream instead of milk.
- Add a pinch of nutmeg or garlic powder to the creamed spinach for extra flavor.
- If you don't have tortellini, you can use any other type of pasta, such as penne or macaroni.
- To save time, you can use pre-cooked shrimp.
- Serve the creamed spinach and tortellini with a side of crusty bread or garlic bread.
Conclusion:
This creamed spinach and tortellini with Old Bay shrimp is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The creamy spinach sauce is rich and flavorful, while the tortellini and shrimp add a hearty and satisfying texture. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
