1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

  • 1. In a small sauce pan melt butter on med to high heat.
  • 2. Once butter is melted add flour stirring constantly. Once flour is bubbling in butter add sugar.Bring to a bubble..careful not to burn.
  • 3. Add a little liquid from the can of peas ..still stirring.
  • 4. Once that is incorperated add the whole can of peas...add salt .... Bring to a slow bubble and turn off.
