1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
One 8-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breast
8 ounces dried cavatappi
6 cups loosely packed arugula
1/2 cup shredded Asiago cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
