1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) bottle creamy Italian salad dressing, divided
½ cup mayonnaise (such as Hellmann's®)
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups fresh spinach
1 tablespoon olive oil, or as needed
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 large sweet onion, chopped
1 clove elephant garlic, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped into small chunks
1 pinch paprika, or to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
