Tips:
- Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and prevent any scrambling.
- Use fresh seafood: The fresher the shrimp, the better your dish will taste. If you can, buy shrimp that are wild-caught and sustainably harvested.
- Don't overcook the shrimp: Shrimp cook very quickly, so it's important not to overcook them. Otherwise, they will become tough and rubbery.
- Use a good quality butter: The butter you use will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish. Use a high-quality unsalted butter for the best results.
- Season your dish well: Don't be afraid to season your dish with salt and pepper. This will help to bring out the flavors of the shrimp and the other ingredients.
