1 onion, chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
1 c chicken stock
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 can(s) (300 grams) pineapple chunks, drained
2 tsp cornstarch

  • 1. Preheat crock pot on high.
  • 2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
