Place in the refrigerator and let stand for 2 to 3 hours. Set you gas or charcoal grill to low and place ribs so that they are not exposed to direct flame. Cook slowly for about 30 - 45 minutes. Tips:
- Choose the right ribs: Look for meaty ribs with a good amount of marbling. Avoid ribs that are too thin or have too much bone.
- Prepare the ribs properly: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and trim off any excess fat.
- Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what will give your ribs their flavor, so make sure it's packed with flavor. You can use a store-bought marinade or make your own.
- Cook the ribs slowly and low: Ribs need to be cooked slowly and low in order to become tender and fall off the bone. The ideal cooking temperature is around 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Baste the ribs regularly: Basting the ribs will help keep them moist and prevent them from drying out.
- Let the ribs rest before serving: Once the ribs are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
