Tips:

  • Choose a low-carb crust: To further reduce the carbohydrate content of this pie, use a low-carb crust made with almond flour, coconut flour, or crushed pork rinds. These crusts are also gluten-free, making this pie a good option for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
  • Use unsweetened whipped cream: To keep the calorie and carbohydrate content of this pie in check, use unsweetened whipped cream instead of regular whipped cream. You can also make your own whipped cream at home using heavy cream and a sugar substitute.
  • Enjoy in moderation: Even though this pie is diabetic-friendly, it's important to enjoy it in moderation. A single slice of pie contains a significant number of calories and carbohydrates, so it's best to save this treat for special occasions.

Conclusion:

This millionaire pie is a delicious and decadent dessert that can be enjoyed by people with diabetes. By using sugar substitutes, a low-carb crust, and unsweetened whipped cream, you can make this pie a healthier choice without sacrificing flavor. Just be sure to enjoy it in moderation.
