Tips:

  • Choose the right potatoes: Waxy potatoes like Yukon Gold or red potatoes hold their shape better when boiled, making them ideal for this dish.
  • Boil the potatoes until they are just tender: Overcooked potatoes will become mushy and fall apart.
  • Make the Dijon mustard sauce ahead of time: This will allow the flavors to meld and develop.
  • Use a variety of herbs and spices: This will add depth and complexity to the dish.
  • Serve the potatoes warm: They are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.

Conclusion:

Dijonnaise potatoes are a delicious and versatile side dish that can be enjoyed with a variety of meals. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. With a few simple tips, you can make perfect Dijon potatoes every time.
