Number Of Ingredients 13

Bottom:
1/2 cup chopped peanuts
2 cups crushed vanilla wafers (Nila)
1/4 cup mealted butter or margarine
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Reserve 1/4 cup crumbs for the top.
Combine all ingredients and press into spring form pan.
Filling:
1 pkg cream cheese (8 OZ.)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
4 eggs
1 tub Cool Whip (500 ml)

Steps:

  • Cream, cream cheese and peanut butter together. Mix in sugar and eggs (one at a time), beat well. Add cool whip and then pour over crumbs.
