1 can (5-1/2 ounces) V8 juice
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 envelope onion soup mix
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1/3 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the egg, V8 juice, bread crumbs, soup mix, cheese and garlic powder. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. 1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed French onion soup, undiluted
1-1/3 cups crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 33 crackers)
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
