6 sweet potato -- cooked, peeled and mashed
¼ cup evaporated milk
¼ cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons butter, melted
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
⅓ cup butter, melted
¾ cup packed brown sugar
½ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 2 quart casserole dish and set aside.
