Tips for Grilling the Perfect Flank Steak:

- **Choose the right flank steak:** Look for a steak that is about 1 1/2 inches thick and has a good amount of marbling. - **Dry rub or marinade:** A dry rub is a great way to add flavor to flank steak. You can also use a marinade, but be sure to pat the steak dry before cooking. - **Grill over high heat:** Flank steak should be grilled over high heat to quickly sear the outside and keep the inside juicy. - **Cook for 5-7 minutes per side:** Flank steak is a thin cut of meat, so it cooks quickly. Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare. - **Let the steak rest before slicing:** Before slicing the steak, let it rest for a few minutes. This will help the juices redistribute and make the steak more tender.

Conclusion:

Flank steak is a delicious and versatile cut of meat that can be grilled, roasted, or pan-fried. When cooked properly, flank steak is tender, juicy, and flavorful. By following the tips in this article, you can cook the perfect flank steak every time. So fire up your grill and get cooking!
