1 -1 1/2 lb beef round steak, 1/2 inch thick
1 (10 ounce) package frozen green peas
4 medium carrots
4 medium potatoes, pared
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope onion soup mix
8 cherry tomatoes

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°.
  • Cut meat into 1" pieces.
  • Place frozen peas in colander or sieve; run cold water over peas just until broken apart; drain.
  • Tear off 4 pieces heavy-duty aluminum foil, each 18x15".
  • On center of each piece, place 1 carrot, thinly sliced, 1 potato, cut into quarters, and 1/4 of the meat.
  • Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix; spoon soup mixture over meat and top with peas.
  • Wrap securely in foil; place on ungreased baking sheet.
  • Bake 50 minutes or until meat is tender.
  • Just before serving, garnish each dinner with two cherry tomatoes, halved.
  • Makes 4 servings.

1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/4 cup beer
sausage
carla's favorite grilled sausage
1 andouille sausage
1/4 lb new potato
1 ear of corn
1/4 cup chicken stock
grilled sausage (Clinton's Favorite)
1 hot and sweet Italian sausage
1 red bell pepper (cored and then seeded and sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
1/2 bunch basil
1/4 cup white wine
grilled sausage (Daphne's Favorite)
1/4 lb oyster mushroom
2 zucchini (sliced)
1 onion (sliced)
salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 dash white wine
2 sprigs thyme
bun (Hoagies)
spicy mustard
whole grain mustard
stadium mustard
extra virgin olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to high heat.
  • Michael's Favorite Grilled Sausage: Arrange the ingredients in foil packet. Drizzle with olive oil. Seal and grill for about 30 minutes, or until onions are tender.
  • Carla's Favorite Grilled Sausage: Arrange the ingredients in a foil packet. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Seal and grill for 20 to 30 minutes, or until potatoes are fork tender.
  • Clinton's Favorite Grilled Sausage: Arrange the sweet and the hot italian sausages in the foil packet with the other ingredients. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Seal and grill for 20 to 30 minutes, or until sausage is cooked through and peppers have softened.
  • Daphne's Favorite Grilled Sausage: Nestle ingredients in foil packet with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Grill until vegetables are tender.
  • To Serve: Serve each variety on a hoagie garnished with desired mustard.
