3 c tricolor rotelle
1 1/2 c cooked, cubed turkey breast
1 c cantalope cubes
1 c seedless grapes
1/2 c drained crushed pineapple
2 Tbsp raisins
TOPPING
1 c non fat yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 c fresh mint
1/4 c fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbsp unsalted sunflower kernals, for garnish
