Tips:

  • For perfectly golden garlic balls, use a combination of bread flour and all-purpose flour. Bread flour gives the balls a chewy texture, while all-purpose flour helps them rise properly.
  • To get a crispy crust, roll the garlic balls in melted butter before baking. This will help them brown evenly.
  • Don't overcrowd the baking sheet. Give the garlic balls plenty of space so they can rise and cook evenly.
  • Bake the garlic balls until they are golden brown and cooked through. This will ensure that they are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside.
  • Serve the garlic balls warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, or ranch dressing are all great options.
