DREWS GARLIC PARMESAN CRAZY SPREAD

Drews Garlic Parmesan Crazy Spread image

This is the Little Caesars spread they use on their crazy bread. The recipe is on top secret recipes, but I've been making it for Drew for years. I put parmesan cheese in the butter mix and then also add on top at the end, but you can do it either way.

2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic salt (or more for your own taste)
grated parmesan cheese (Kraft works good)

  • Melt butter, then add garlic salt and stir until it dissolves (add desired amount of cheese now if you wish).

Tips for Making the Best Garlic Parmesan Spread:

  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh garlic and Parmesan cheese will give your spread the best flavor. If you can, buy your Parmesan cheese in a block and grate it yourself. This will give you a much better flavor than pre-grated cheese.
  • Don't overcook the garlic: Garlic can quickly burn, so be careful not to overcook it. Cook it just until it is fragrant and slightly browned.
  • Use a good quality mayonnaise: The mayonnaise is the base of the spread, so it's important to use a good quality one. Look for a mayonnaise that is made with real eggs and oil.
  • Season to taste: The amount of garlic, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper that you add to the spread is a matter of personal preference. Taste the spread as you go and adjust the seasonings until it is to your liking.
  • Let the spread chill: After you have made the spread, let it chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together and will make the spread easier to spread.

Conclusion:

Garlic Parmesan spread is a versatile and delicious dip or spread that can be used in a variety of ways. It is perfect for dipping bread, vegetables, or crackers. It can also be used as a spread for sandwiches, wraps, or burgers. No matter how you choose to use it, garlic Parmesan spread is sure to be a hit.
