Tips:

  • Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts. This will make the chicken breasts easier to cook and will help them cook evenly.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts for at least 30 minutes. This will help the chicken breasts absorb the flavors of the marinade and will make them more tender.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. This will help the chicken breasts cook quickly and evenly.
  • Cook the chicken breasts for 8-10 minutes per side, or until they are cooked through. To check if the chicken breasts are cooked through, insert a meat thermometer into the thickest part of the breast. The chicken is cooked through when the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the chicken breasts rest for 5 minutes before serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the chicken breasts and will make them more tender.

Conclusion:

Grilled Caribbean chicken breasts are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. The chicken is marinated in a flavorful blend of spices and herbs, then grilled to perfection. Serve the chicken breasts with your favorite sides, such as rice, beans, or vegetables.
