2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/4 cup onion (chopped)
1 eggs (beaten)
1 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together well.
  • Fire up the grill.

1/2 cup crushed saltines (about 15 crackers)
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds ground beef
1-1/2 cups ketchup
1 large onion, chopped
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
12 hamburger buns, split

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the saltines, milk, salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 12 patties.
