2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1 can (10-1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cup pineapple tidbits
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 can (3 ounces) chow mein noodles, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Fold in 1 cup chow mein noodles. , Transfer to a greased shallow 2-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 20-25 minutes. If desired, top with additional green onions.

½ cup low sodium soy sauce
1-2 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 ½ cups uncooked instant white rice
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 20 ounce can pineapple tidbits in juice, NOT drained
1 lb. thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts or chicken tenderloins, diced into bite-sized pieces
Optional garnish: chopped cilantro and diced cooked bacon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with cooking spray. I used an 11 x 7-inch dish.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and chicken broth.
  • Add uncooked rice, onion, bell pepper, pineapple and it's juices and chicken. Cover the baking dish tightly with foil. Bake for 50 minutes. Once cooking is done, uncover and stir ingredients.
  • Return the dish to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and rice is tender.
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Top with diced bacon and cilantro.

¼ cup butter
⅓ cup ketchup
¼ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
¼ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple
3 pounds assorted chicken pieces such as breasts, thighs, wings, and drumsticks

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).

1 (3 -3 1/2 lb) chicken, cut up into serving pieces
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into thin strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
12 fresh mushrooms, sliced

1/2 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into small chunks
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup semisweet white wine

1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 can (20 ounces) unsweetened sliced pineapple
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 medium green pepper, cut into rings
Hot cooked rice

  • In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken, one piece, at a time, and shake to coat. In a skillet, brown chicken in oil. 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded to 1/4 inch thickness
1 cup Hawaiian style marinade
6 pineapple rings
6 slices provolone cheese
6 onion rolls, split
6 tablespoons thousand island salad dressing
6 leaves romaine lettuce
6 slices tomato
