1/2 c fresh herbs (used mint and lemon basil)
2-3 camomile tea bags
3 c iced water
1 c ice cubes
2 Tbsp honey or agava (if using)

Steps:

  • 1. In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetner in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten min.
  • 2. Pour tea into pitcher of ice and cold water, add lemon if you like and serve in tall glasses. Green tea works also.
