Tips:
- Choose the Freshest Sea Bass Possible: The fresher the fish, the better the dish will be. Look for sea bass with bright, clear eyes and firm, moist flesh.
- Use a Variety of Herbs: Don't be afraid to experiment with different herbs. Some good choices include basil, thyme, oregano, and rosemary.
- Don't Overcook the Fish: Sea bass is a delicate fish, so it's important not to overcook it. Cook it until it is just opaque in the center, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Serve Immediately: Sea bass is best served immediately after it is cooked. This will help to preserve its delicate flavor and texture.
