1 egg
1-1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, cheeses, baking powder, baking soda and seasonings. In another bowl, whisk the egg, buttermilk, oil and tomato paste. 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm milk (70° to 80°)
1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
1 egg
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
3 cups bread flour
2-1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
GARLIC CHIVE SPREAD:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon minced chives
1 garlic clove, minced
