3 skinless chicken breasts
2 ounces butter
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons plain flour
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 1/2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup cream
1 cup frozen peas

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon water
