Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use a bone-in pork roast. The bones add flavor and moisture to the meat.
  • Trim any excess fat from the pork roast before cooking. This will help prevent the meat from becoming greasy.
  • Make sure the pork roast is completely coated in the honey-herb marinade before grilling. This will help the meat absorb the flavors of the marinade.
  • Grill the pork roast over medium heat, turning it every 15-20 minutes. This will help the meat cook evenly.
  • Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the pork roast. The meat is done when it reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Let the pork roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat.

Conclusion:

Honey and herb grilled pork roast is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a summer cookout. The honey-herb marinade infuses the pork with flavor, and the grilling process creates a tender and juicy roast. Serve the pork roast with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or rice.
