2/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons steak seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
1 large sweet red pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1 large green pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1 large onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch wedges

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
4 lbs lamb, trimmed cut into 1 1/2 inch
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 medium white onions, cut into 1 1/2 inch
2 teaspoons sugar
3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
1 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon mustard powder, dissolved in
1 tablespoon water

Steps:

  • Light a grill or preheat the broiler.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine the garlic, salt, coriander, cardamom and paprika.

2 pounds top round lamb
1 red onion
