2 cups chicken broth

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9- x 13-inch casserole dish. 2. Sauté onions in a large sauté pan lightly coated with evoo, over medium-high heat, until medium brown and very soft. 3. 2 cups matzo farfel
5 large shiitake mushrooms, chopped
1 small onion, finely diced
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin
2 tablespoons fresh oregano
2 cups chicken broth or 2 cups vegetable broth

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Saute onions in butter or olive oil on medium-low heat until translucent (about 5-6 minutes).
