1 cup cauliflower florets
1 carrot, finely chopped
½ cup fresh green peas
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon black mustard seed
2 whole bay leaves
4 green chile peppers, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 sprig cilantro leaves for garnish

Steps:
