Steps:

2 large garlic cloves, peeled, crushed

1 (3 pound) pork loin
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup beer
2 Spices, bay leaf
2 (15.5 ounce) cans cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
1 ½ cups salsa

Steps:

  • Season pork loin with salt and pepper. Mix chili powder, cumin, and onion powder together; sprinkle on all sides of the pork.
