Tips:

  • To save time, use pre-cooked or frozen spinach. If using fresh spinach, be sure to wash and dry it thoroughly before cooking.
  • Use a variety of cheeses in your pie for a more complex flavor. Some good options include mozzarella, ricotta, Parmesan, and Romano.
  • If you don't have a pie crust, you can use a pre-made one from the store. Just be sure to trim it to fit your pie plate.
  • Be careful not to overcook the pie, or the filling will become dry and crumbly. The pie is done when the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the pie cool for at least 15 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld and the pie to set.

Conclusion:

Italian spinach cheese pie is a delicious and versatile dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It's also a great way to use up leftover spinach and cheese. With its creamy filling and flaky crust, this pie is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
