CHAMOMILE LAVENDER TEA
This is one of the many recipes I came up with on my own while experimenting with my various tea herbs. This particular blend is good for helping one fall asleep since it contains a good amount of chamomile (a known relaxant). Other than that, it just tastes good! This one is good hot or iced. Note: I've listed things in teaspoons because this website won't let me list it in parts, but it's technically in a ratio, so you can make whatever quantity you want.

LAVENDER JELLY WITH CHAMOMILE
What a beautiful gift! Having trouble sleeping give this a try. Add to a cup of tea, glass of ice tea, lemonade, sauces, salad dressing, glaze a chicken or salmon, top a fruit tart, or spread on a scone for a delicate sweet flavor. Sweeten a vodka martini with a touch of this and garnish with fresh lavender. Take note: 2 minutes - soft gel which would make this great for easy dissolving into ice teas lemonades.... 4 minutes - medium gel for spreading on anything you desire.

Tips:
- Choose fresh herbs: Use fresh lavender and chamomile flowers for the best flavor. Fresh herbs will give your tequila a more vibrant and aromatic flavor than dried herbs.
- Use high-quality tequila: Opt for a good quality blanco or silver tequila for this recipe. A good tequila will provide a smooth base for the herbal flavors to shine through.
- Infuse the tequila for at least 24 hours: The longer you infuse the tequila, the more flavorful it will be. If you're short on time, you can infuse the tequila for as little as 4 hours, but the flavor will be less pronounced.
- Use a fine-mesh strainer: When straining the infused tequila, use a fine-mesh strainer to remove all of the solids. This will ensure that your tequila is smooth and free of any particles.
- Serve chilled: Lavender chamomile tequila is best served chilled. You can either chill it in the refrigerator for a few hours or serve it over ice.
Conclusion:
Lavender chamomile tequila is a unique and flavorful spirit that is perfect for sipping on its own or using in cocktails. It's easy to make and can be infused with other herbs and spices to create your own custom flavor combinations. Next time you're looking for a new tequila to try, give this lavender chamomile tequila a try. You won't be disappointed!
