LAZY-DAY OVERNIGHT LASAGNA
This is the lasagna recipe that I have used for years. I like the fact that you don't have to cook the noodles first. Found this in one of those cookbooks that you find at the check out stand. My recipe is getting tattered and worn so I thought I would post it here for safe keeping. Cooking time does not include setting overnight. I've posted the recipe to be gluten free, but you could easily use regular noodles in place of the brown rice lasagna.

Tips for Making Lazy Day Overnight Lasagna:
- Prep your lasagna noodles in advance: If you're using dried lasagna noodles, be sure to boil them according to the package instructions before assembling your lasagna. This will help prevent them from becoming too soggy when baked.
- Use a variety of cheeses: A combination of different cheeses, such as ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan, will give your lasagna a richer flavor and texture.
- Don't skimp on the sauce: A flavorful sauce is essential for a delicious lasagna. Use a homemade sauce or your favorite jarred sauce, and be sure to spread it evenly between the layers of noodles.
- Layer your lasagna carefully: Start with a layer of sauce, then noodles, then cheese, and repeat. Be sure to end with a layer of sauce and cheese.
- Let your lasagna rest before serving: This will allow the flavors to meld and the lasagna to set. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
