1 package (8 ounces) reduced-fat cream cheese
1 can (6 ounces) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed
3/4 cup diced sweet red pepper
1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 flour tortillas (6 inches)

Steps:

  • Beat cream cheese until smooth; stir in crab, red pepper, cheese, green onions, parsley and cayenne. Spread 1/3 cup filling over each tortilla; roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic, twisting ends to seal; refrigerate at least 2 hours. , To serve, preheat oven to 350°. Unwrap rolls; trim ends and cut each into 6 slices. 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 green onion, chopped
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon paprika
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 (6 ounce) cans white crabmeat, drained
1 (17.5 ounce) package frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg white, beaten

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets or use parchment paper.
  • Stir Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onion, garlic, seasoned salt, paprika, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl. Fold in drained crabmeat.

2 tablespoons sour cream
3 green onions, chopped small

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can black olives, chop & drain
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced
8 flour tortillas (10 inch size)

Steps:

  • In a small mixing bowl beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Stir in sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning and garlic powder until well blended.
