3 round watermelon slices, cut from the middle of a watermelon
Sweetened Yogurt, recipe follows
3 cups halved strawberries
2 cups blueberries
1 cup pomegranate seeds
3 kiwis, sliced
1 bunch fresh mint
Chocolate Ganache, recipe follows
1 bar semisweet chocolate
1 bar white chocolate
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, sifted
12 ounces semisweet chocolate, broken into pieces
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Top the watermelon slices with the Sweetened Yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, pomegranate, kiwis and mint leaves. Drizzle with the Chocolate Ganache and top with semisweet and white chocolate shavings. Cut into wedges.
  • Mix the yogurt and sugar together in a bowl.
