Time 5m

Yield 2 servings

Number Of Ingredients 6

Crushed ice
2 shots vanilla-flavored vodka
2 shots sake
2 tablespoons lychee syrup
Splash grenadine
2 lychee nuts, for garnish

Steps:

  • Chill 2 martini glasses. Fill a martini shaker with ice and add vodka, sake, lychee syrup, and grenadine. Shake to combine. Strain into the chilled glasses and garnish with a lychee nut dropped in each glass. Serve immediately.

Tips:

  • Use fresh lychees for the best flavor. If you can't find fresh lychees, you can use canned lychees, but be sure to drain and rinse them well before using.
  • If you don't have sake, you can substitute another type of white wine, such as Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of sugar in the simple syrup to taste. If you like your drinks sweeter, add more sugar. If you prefer them less sweet, add less sugar or omit it altogether.
  • Garnish your lychee saketinis with a lychee or a lime wedge for a festive touch.
  • Serve lychee saketinis immediately after making them. They are best enjoyed fresh.

Conclusion:

Lychee saketinis are a refreshing and flavorful cocktail that is perfect for any occasion. They are easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste preferences. Whether you like your drinks sweet, sour, or somewhere in between, you're sure to find a lychee saketini recipe that you'll love.
