2 Cornish hens, halved (or 1 chicken, quartered)
1 cup hoisin sauce
2 cups red wine
6 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, chopped
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon sesame oil
